Jordan sits about 10.7 miles up the Minnesota River valley from the middle of Shakopee, straight line — the southwest end of the ground we cover. We build for Jordan homes and larger valley lots the way their owners quietly take pride in them: landscape design, paver patios, retaining walls, plantings, mulch beds and sod. Weekly mowing and snow removal stay closer to Shakopee — Jordan is where our installation crew works.
The valley clay and the bluff shade ask for a crew that pays attention — to how a bed drains, to what will actually grow in the bluff shade, to where the water goes after a hard rain.
